Giancarlo is the proprietor of Spaghetti Junction and a Maleny local who serves up fresh, handmade pasta to Woodfordia patrons. Giancarlo and the team take special care to ensure they are producing food made from top-quality ingredients such as bio-dynamic beef from the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Palmwoods mushrooms, and home-grown, organic herbs. Spaghetti Junction also serves a locally roasted, fair-trade blend of coffee and delicious locally made gelato. A Woodford mainstay, Giancarlo has had a relationship with the festival for the past 30 years.
