Besides being an author, photographer, editor, journalist, and co-owner and director of the multimedia firm ToadShow, Robert has become a highly regarded Australian spider expert who has identified and named at least 100 new species of spiders over the last 10 years. He is the co-author of A Field Guide to Spiders of Australia (CSIRO).
